Public status page

Live service health is published at https://wecothink.com/status. The dedicated hostname status.wecothink.com is served by a Cloudflare Worker that probes https://app.wecothink.com/api/system/status (and marketing/app origins) from the edge so the page remains available if coThink hosts are down.

Backups

Database backups run on a scheduled cadence with access-controlled archives and documented retention.

Disaster recovery

Restore procedures are documented and tested. Recovery objectives are operational targets backed by drill evidence.

Availability monitoring

Health checks and observability support incident detection and service restoration. Customer-facing incident notices use the operator incident communications template in the program wiki.

Incident communications

During a customer-impacting incident, coThink operators follow a standard communications cadence (acknowledge, update, resolve) using the incident communications template. Security contact: [email protected].
